How many times can I inscribe ?
You
can only inscribe once.
If
you inscribe a few times, you will automatically have additional
inscriptions cancelled.

Being a minor can I inscribe ?
YES, of course. But you
will need written parental authorisation,
including : last name, first name, address and a few words indicating
that your parents allow you to inscribe with Ouah

free. We will never ask you for money. You
pay nothing : you are paid.

YES,
respecting the private life of members is an essential element
of the Ouah ! policy. We are
committed to not divulging personal information and to protecting
your anonymity. It is us who send the paying messages. The advertisers
have no access to your emails, they define their criteria and
we select the internet users according to both your and their

I've lost my password, what do I do ?
Report to the members
page and click on : "forgotten password
?", then indicate your e-mail address. We will send
you your password by e-mail as soon as possible.

10) How do I close my account ?
You
can close it at anytime. All you have to do is :
- click on the button " My account ";
- enter your members name and your password (if it has not been
done before);
Your account page appears automatically. Then in the space 'my
Ouah ! account', click on
'close my account'. You can also close your account through your
paying messages, by clicking on the connection for closing your
account at the end of the message.

11) Can I modify my personal profile
?
YES,
of course, all you have to do is to go to
your account page on the site, by entering your details
in the the space reserved for this. After validating your identifying
features, you should go to your " benefits " page and
on the left hand side in the space " My Ouah
! account ", click on " edit my personal details ",
then modify, opposite the rubrics which you wish to modify. Beware
: if you modify your e-mail address, the new address will be the
new identifying feature to enter when you want to access your
" account " page.

12) Why refer my friends ?
You
can, if you wish, refer
your friends at any time. The advantages are numerous : firstly
you will make your friends happy by offering them the possibility
of benefiting from all the advantages of Ouah
!, ultimately their inscription will allow you to improve
your earnings.

13) How can I refer my friends ?
Contact the friend
that you wish to refer and ask them if they will use your
referral code when it says " referrer ".
It is enough :
- to click on the button " My Account ";
- enter your name, password and validate;
- click on " referring your friends ".
You will find all necessary information on this page.

14) Do I earn less money if somebody
refers me ?
NO,
the fact that you yourself are referred by a friend does not reduce
your earnings.

15) How can I know the total of what
I've earned ?
In
order to see the total of your earnings, it's enough,
- to click on the account button;
- to enter your name, password and validate;
The page will automatically be displayed and soon you will be
able to see your earnings in detail directly on the site.

16) How will I be payed ?
Payment
is automatically sent by check
to the address indicated on your personal page. If at the end
of the month the amount collected exceeds USD $15.24, we will
send a check in your name around the 10th day of the following
month.
However if at the end of the month you have not reached USD $15.24,
the amount will be credited to your following month's account.

17) What do you do in order to pay members
?
Ouah
! differs from most other sites as it actually pays
its members. This new business concept is made possible by the
commercial sponsors who pay us to send you advertisements, special
offers and other great deals reserved for our members. In turn,
we pay Ouah ! members for
their time and attention.

18) Can I donate the amount collected
to a recognized state-appoved association ?
YES,
you can decide to donate money that you collect to any recognized
state-approved association. All you have to do is :
- click on the button ' My Account ';
- enter your members name, password and validate;
- click on the icon " pay back ";
- and finally enter the name of the concerned association.

19) I am inscribed on your partners
site and my account is not credited. Why ?
This
is completely normal. Don't worry.
We must in fact wait until the end of the campaign (this date
can be found at the end of every message) and for our partners
inscriptions to be accounted for (which is normally 15 to 20 days
after the finish of the campaign), because this is not yet an
automatic system. Your details are well registered however and
your payment should become visible around a month after inscription
on your account.
Note : In order to be paid
it is absolutely essential that you use
the same e-mail address that you use for Ouah
!
However, do not worry if you still have to wait a bit after this
time, as the actual payment is dependent on our partners.

20) From when
will I begin to receive my first paid messages?
From the moment you sign up, you can receive e-mails,
but certain people might only start receiving up to a week after
joining. It all depends on our advertisers and their criteria
for selection.

21) How will I know
if the mails which I receive belong to Ouah
! ?
All mails which you receive from us carry the
Ouah ! slogan.
You can also find our signature at the end of Ouah
! messages, beside our explanation on payment and the
date of the end of the campaign.

22) Am I going to be
submerged in mails ?
NO, in any case, you will
only receive a certain number of mails. The amount of mails that
you receive will never exceed the number that you have selected
in the rubric "the maximum number of mails that I wish to receive
per month", except for an error on our part, do not hesitate to
contact us.

23) How many mails
am I going to receive ?
We cannot guarantee a minimum number of mails. On the other hand,
we will do eveything we can so that you do not receive more mails
than you have indicated.

24) Why am I receiving
no more paid messages ?
We too would like to send you more messages, but unfortunately
the sending of messages does not depend on us but rather on :
- what you have selected in your area of interests.
- what the advertisers look for.
Besides, ours advertisers are getting more and more demanding
concerning the criteria for selecting our members, as their goal
is evidently to target those who are really interested in their
messages.
You can also help us to convince them by reading the maximum number
of messages that we send to you.

25) Neither my message
service nor my server will allow me to read my HTML messages,
what should I do ?
You should at least be able to receive a text message telling
you : " If you can read this, it means that your message service
cannot understand the HTML code. In order to read this e-mail,
go to the following address : a URL address will be inserted here
". It is necessary to copy and paste the URL onto the address
bar to access the message.

26) What should I do
if my connection or my banner do not function or even if
the message is empty ?
While waiting for the problem to be resolved, you can consult
your messages directly by going into your site account.
To access it, all you have to do is to enter your details on to
the home page and validate. Then in the mails table click on "
details ", where details on the messages which we have sent
you and those still in the process of validation can be seen.
